NOWNESS asked PHIX create a film about SALT in collaboration with British chef Mark Hix. The road trip took us to some of England’s most scenic coastlines from Devon through to Cornwall and beyond. In the film Mark talks us through the many uses for Salt: from traditional salmon smoking to the unique walls of salt bricks used to air-age beef. It was a real privilege sampling Mark’s food during the shoot and as Marks says ‘Salt gives food life and make it taste better'.
